How Cool Cuttings Design came about. 

I grew up in a small town that isn’t small anymore on a small farm that is an oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle now.  Never losing those small town values and hard work that were instilled in me by two of my biggest influencers, my Dad and Grandpa.  Learning the value of hard work and doing a quality job when making something out of nothing.  My Grandpa always told me, “ if you can make something with your hands you will never starve to death.”  Well the love of wood working started in 8th grade wood shop with my first project, a cutting board style Texas shaped wood clock.  My passion for building things was born, now fast forward 30ish years later.  When you have a barn / building it’s just natural that your tools end up there, and then you end up there late at night, building - fixing - relaxing.  I started doing a little wood working on the side, and it turned out, I’m pretty good at it.  Well I already spent enough time away from home working, it didn’t take long, and too many late nights.  My wonderful supportive Wife Sam came up with a great “Suggestion”.  She said, “ just take over the garage so I can come out and kiss you anytime I want.”  Hence Cool Cuttings Design was up and running.  That’s a little bit about me and how Cool Cuttings came about, I wanted to thank you for stopping by and checking things out.  Since you are here, please sign up leaving your email for the latest news & products that are in the works and about to be listed.  Like and follow my FB & IG accounts helping my passion and my small business getting the 411 on the latest projects and products getting first shot at that prefect piece that will just go great right there in your wonderful home.
